Q: When are you available (times, days, etc.)?
A: I am available weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 5:00PM - 1:00AM Pacific Standard Time zone. I am unavailable on weekends (Sat-Sun).

Q: May I place an order in advance or early? (i.e. 1+ month  in advance)
A: Sure, pre-orders are fine, and payment is not needed until I begin sketching your outfit(s).

Q: I'm placing an order a few days/the day before I need it, can you rush it?
A: I dislike this, so no. If you provide me with a deadline (2-week notice MINIMUM), I will have your order finished either a few days or the day before the deadline, it all depends on my schedule. Rushing me will only make me work slower or I will flat-out cancel your order. I am a human, not a robot.

Q: I can't pay/don't know how to pay with Google Pay, is there another option?
A: You can pay with Roblox platform currency (Robux), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (USD).

Q: How many times can I request changes to my commissioned outfit(s)?
A: As many times as you'd like until you are satisfied with it, I appreciate feedback! Just please clarify the changes you'd like before I begin finalizing it. I accept color/minor changes after the order has been completed, but this only applies within 24 hours after the product has been sent to the consumer.

Q: Do I get a discount for being a recurring customer?
A: No discounts to any of my customers and I make no exceptions.

Q: Can you re-create [said 2D classic clothing designer's style] for my outfit?
A: No, I'm not taking your order if you're asking me to use or replicate someone else's 2D classic clothing art style. If you would like me to recreate/refresh a design you made, please reach out to me regarding my terms.

Q: Can you add brands to my commission (i.e. Adidas, Gucci, Nike/Jordan, etc.)?
A: No, sorry. I will not risk infringing copyright on large brands that I do not have permission to use their logos on any of my clothes.
